Well done lions! Now this is the time to show “ijz” and “anksari” (be down to earth). You need to do these serious works in order to get Pakistan back to its track:
1) Heavily invest in Police System. Nullify the “thana culture” and bring great police reforms. Increase Police pays. Heavily invest in their training. Send them all over the world for education especially get them trained from world top police forces. Increase their image in public and stop politics to interfere in Police. Make police stations a place of excellence, respect and justice! Remember! if build a flyover, and under that fly some one kills an only son of an aged mother and no one listens to her in police station. What good that flyover is for her? Bring justice! Its your duty.
2) Nullify the “patwari” culture. You will have to computerize all land. Patwari are just like mufiaz. You know that already dont you?
3) Make tax reforms. You must take taxes on extra Agriculture land. Try to bring in the big sirmaya-dars (business men) into tax net. You will have to earn money from people of Pakistan in order to make Pakistan survive. How long can one expect this country to survive through outside money?
4) Immediately devise a plan to provide transparent governance. Do consider “e-governance” as a tool to provide transparency. Your government always gets allegations of massive corruption. Why? Its the money of national Exchequer. It’s your duty to keep it safe. Otherwise “yeah umaray kaam nahi ayien gay”.
5) Make and implement a strategy to restore law and order in Karachi, Baluchistan and tribal areas. You must talk to extremist. Try to bring an end to this so called “War on Terrorism”. Karachi is your economic hub. The armed wings should be disbanded. This Kalashnikov culture must come to it’s end now. You must do something related to drowns. Do not represent Pakistan as groups of 18 crore cowards all over the world. Who has given the authority to attack Pakistani lands to America? Its your duty now. You must meet separatists and try to resolve the conflicts with them.
6) Cut extra ordinary expenditures being done on protocols, security and TA/DA’s of your ministers and other related leaders. This is a do and die position for Pakistan. We cannot afford extra luxuries.
7) Come out of you old psychology: Take loan from international institutions and build bridges, metro bus, underpasses and flyovers and let nation pay them all life. Refrain from you old practices and habits of concentrating only on mega projects! Believe me, economy is in a very bad situation. What you do is: Take loan from International institutions and make flyovers, underpasses, Metro bus service etc. You must come out of this effort loop. Such mega projects take a lot of money and they give money back in very long run. Who will pay those loans back? Please dont do this again. You must think creative! Try invest in institution which give business back to government! Try to concentrate on maximizing returns of projects. Come on….. You people are businessmen. Try to make institutions profitable. Keep it in mind: if you are taking 1 crore as load from an international institution invest it in a way that you get 10 crore back to the government. Its your duty! Dont go only for votes by making a flyover with that 1 crore. Just think how this nation will pay back that 1 crore?
8) Make the institutions profitable and pay loans through them. This point is linked with previous point. Do not waste loans on non-returning projects. Try investing in Pakistan International Airlines. Make it like Emirates. Clean Emirates from market! You can do it! Make whole world use PIA! The profit which PIA will make will help you paying debts. Try to revitalize Pakistan Railways. Make it a profitable institution. Pay debts of this poor country from this profit. Do same with Pakistan POST, Pakistan Steel Mills, WAPDA and all other institutions.
9) Try to create self-aware, self-surviving and self-healing processes. The main problem with Mr. Shahbaz sharif is that if he finds discrepancy at any place, he raids that place and bring things in order. Why? because there are no processes! Take an example. Shahbaz sharif hears from some one that a hospital in Lahore is not providing medicine to patients. He along with his team raids that hospital suddenly. People become happy to see him. He quickly fires few doctors, nurses and related staff. People chant: “wah ji wah…. dakho dakhoo kon aya!!!!!! Shair aya shair aya”, “Shahbaz sharif zindabaad”. And he goes away. Few days later poor patients again start complaining about non-availability of medicine. Tell why you do this? Just to get votes? Come on. Allah has given you a chance again. why you do not make self-aware, self-surviving and self-healing processes? Why you do not make institutions strong so that they themselves can check for the problems and correct them on their own? Instead of these political “chapas” try making a department under punjab health department whose work will be to check the availability of medicines in hospital. Try hiring good educated professionals into that deparment without the political interference. Give bonuses and incentives to the people who catch discrepancies in medicine procedures. Just see the result yourself!! Medicine availability issue will be removed from root! So, instead of doing politics, plz create processes! Do this in all government institutions. Make institution self-aware, self-heal and independent!
10) Devise a strategy for energy! remember not IPPs! Come on! Try to recover from circular debts. Please upgrade WAPDA to recover from land line losses. Stop electricity theft. Put prepaid meters etc.
11) Bring back Atta ur Rehman, or at least restore HEC as it was in Musharaf Times. Invest heavily in education. launch Education Emergency! Do not make new schooling systems like Ashiana schools! For single Ashiana school you have to buy new land, construct new building, hire new staff including teachers why? Why wasting money? There are already so many schools already built all over Punjab which are being used to keep domestic animals. Why don’t you invest on them? The buildings are already present. Teachers are already getting salaries, students are already registered. You have been able to construct only four ashyana schools till now. Four schools? Come on! we have already got countless schools here and there. First think of them.
12) Go a step further! Your leader is 5th richest man of this country according to wikipedia. Why don’t you ask him to go a step further! Ask him: Sir please dedicate you hard earned money for goodness of this country. Allah will reward you for that. Allah will give you even more! What will you do with 1.2 billion USD net worth of assets? Qabar main lay ker janay hain? Kia faida aysi dolat ka jo gareeb kay kaam na ayie? Kia faida aysie hakoomat ka jis ki amarat kay neechay log do waqt kay khany ko tarastay hoon?
13) Bring democracy in your party. Make good leaders! Try bringing processes which may help in making leaders. Dont keep leadership to your family only. Its your duty!

I deeply congratulate you for making so good in elections. You must now concentrate on Pakistan instead of concentrating on personal wealth and eliminating opposition. Allah has given the rope in your hands again. Never ridicule judiciary again! Keep yourself away from ideas like “Amir ul momaneen”. Allah daita hay tou layna bhi janta hay!
